Here's what I have so far.

Green green green green green – 1 color, one position
Red red red red red – 1 color, one position
Black black black black black – 1 color, 1 position
Blue blue blue blue blue – no color, no position
Green red black yellow yellow – 3 color, no position
Purple purple green red black – 3 colors, 1 position
Pink black green pink red – 3 colors, no position
Orange red black orange green – 5 colors, 1 position
Orange black red green orange - 5 colors, 3 positions

So you can see the places we put some colors and got no positions correct. That eliminates some possibilities

We know two are wrong so just swap two each time and if its wrong put it in its original spot and spot another combo

Strategy to guarantee something in the correct spot: fill some spots with blue so we know they're definitely wrong.
