Rounds are determined by the winner of the previous round. The first match up will be random.org'd. I will announce how many minutes you have to post images ahead of the bidding. Completely up to you.

Yes, you go back and forth. Ricahrd can say "i can do 5" you will say "i can do 6" and so on and so forth until someone is challenge to "do it"
