Was the plan to get Chris to vote out Stacey? But they didn't understand it would be Hayden deciding?

Yes. That was the plan Mad Dog. And according to the rules Jeff posted, the immunity bearer breaks the ties. Not the ambassador from the other tribe. So I understand why they would be confused.
Ashley's bullshit about telling them how it works was from a completely different round where the IMMUNE tribe breaks the tie. It was from your round where Tina was asking THAT round what would happen if there was a tie.

Ah, thanks, Chad.
And Tina is an idiot for not tying it up. :X
She was in no personal danger of causing a tie.
I assume the entire other tribe EACH got to cast a deciding vote between me and Carter?

No. It was one person that would do it. I think what Jeff said was the tribe would have to choose who they wanted to be the tie-breaker or if there weren't many people there, they would ask for a volunteer.

Aha! Thanks for that.
Still baffles me why she didn't risk it. I need to read her confessionals. Something doesn't make sense there.

I don't think it will give you any more insight. She was really paranoid that people were playing her or something and it wasn't really going to end up a tie and she wanted to ingratiate herself with Angie/Carter/Chris. Or something. It doesn't make much sense.

Look Chad, how about you let the hosts deal with it? Thank you. Your outrage has been noted and we have already discussed it. What I told Tina was specifically that all pre-merge ties are broken by the other tribe. Arguing that it was "round-specific" is silly given the simple fact I stated that all pre-merge ties were broken that way.
You got any more concerns that haven't been addressed - bring them up, otherwise, let the Episode 8 thread deal with Episode 8.

Listen bitch. I'll talk about whatever the fuck I feel like talking about here or has Stranded become about censorship now that you are here and think you can dictate what is allowed to be discussed? Is this your game now? You know I was a host here once too a long time ago long before you even knew what Stranded was.
I'm not outraged. I'm expressing an opinion and explaining how I understand why the players were confused and a little pissed off. If that's not allowed here, let Jeff come tell me that.

*blinks* Episode 8 is for Episode 8? Episode 7 - which is the topic of your concern, is still unlocked and free for posting in.

So far into this challenge and still most of the players are left. Will it ever end?!

So last night we weren't allowed to post in the Episode 6 thread any more ten minutes after the episode was over. But tonight, I'm not allowed to post in the the Episode 8 thread if anything I'm talking about came from Episode 7? Can I get a flow chart or something about where I'm allowed to post and about what? This is all new to me.
Nevermind. Don't keep talking. I'm going to pretend you aren't here from now on.

I think Chris, Richard and Ramona are out.

The conversation in that thread wasn't episode specific (outside of Lisa's talking about reason for her boot), and was ending up with no discussion in the new thread. That is the only reason I temporarily locked it, and it is the only thread that was done to. Feel free to pretend I'm not here though :)

This challenge is pretty...... long, why aren't people out yet?!

Yeah Richard is out. Not sure about the other two though.

Okay so Chris and Richard are both out - Ramona was given leeway due to a "transitional screwup" (technical term) that Probst gave them notice about. :)

Grant and I won this challenge in Namibia - but it only went for just over an hour because so many people messed up early
