Okay. Oh my god. I was so close to having an anxiety attack during that tribal council over the PMs that I wasn't able to read. I was so terrified that Yul was going to have cost me my chance at a Hyuna album!

I'm actually kind of glad I found the idol sooner rather than later. With only two rounds left to play it, I'll feel much more pressured to play it; indecisiveness is one of my faults, so with the extra added pressure, maybe that and a combination of my obviously killer instincts will help me make better choices.

I have no idea who the one vote for Kimmi was but thank you! Other than that though, I don't know who to trust still except Carter. Sure, Jeff and Tina voted with us, I think, this time. But what about next time? They've both flipped on us more than once.

It's so dead here on Friday nights.

If all goes well, Kimmi will go home on Sunday through some combination of me, Carter, Jeff, and Tina's votes, and then we'll knock off Chris at the next TC through the idol. After that, I'm not sure. The worst case scenario would be being picked off right at the F5; the best case scenario would obviously be to get to the end.

Now that we're so close, I'm worried about the jury. Not worried, per say, but how to not come off as a total bitch. I mean, I am partially to blame for half the people there... being there. On one hand, they may respect that; but they could also hate me for it, which would not be fun. I really hope me and Carter can be at the end together, not just because we've been through this together the whole time, but because we've been relatively equal and I think we would have the best chances against each other.

I got so busy irl I haven't been able to follow along :| Good job getting this far though, I'm sure you've been fabulous.

Our plan is to vote out Kimmi with the help of Jeff and Tina and/or Chris. Yes, we're placing faith in everyone who's flipped on us. But honestly, we don't really have a choice at this point. We're at the bottom. I'm praying to every god there is that it'll work.

And if we manage to pull that off, Carter will get everyone to target me, and then I'll play the idol and we'll be able to idol someone else - hopefully Chris.

And then after that... bleh!

Life is so hard when everyone wants to vote you out.

Chris basically told me to my face that he wanted me out, which was further backed up by both Carter and Tina telling me that he apparently really, really, REALLY wants me out. Which makes sense since, you know, he's voted for me like twice now. Debb, as usual, has been very elusive, but at least she wrote me a funny poem. Jeff... yeah. Who knows. Tina... ??. Kimmi isn't going to flip.

So I guess, as always, the only person I can trust is Carter. Sighs. At this point, I'd be happy if even just Carter made it to the finals. I think a part of me is living through him now.

Here's my best plan:

We tell Tina that I have the idol, and then Tina urges everyone to vote me, which has been a plan brewing this whole weekend anyways. We then idol Kimmi out (hopefully) 4-3 (or worse case scenario, 5-2.) This is the only play that would ensure I'm safe as well as potentially keeping Tina as an ally; since I'm sure that if I played the idol and didn't tell her I had it she would be all for voting me out next week. Of course, there's always that possibility anyways, but frankly, there aren't a lot of options for us when there's three people who very solidly basically refuse to work with me.

What's to stop Tina from just putting the votes on someone else?

Unfortunately, nothing. But we need her to make it past the next round, if we're here. I'd rather place my faith in her now to show that I trust her than later when she may already have her mind made up. Our chances are slim anyways, so I'm willing to take risks.

Remember like four votes ago when I was in the majority and people weren't trying to vote me out at every TC? Man, those were good times. I wish I could go back and reassure Tina that she was never at the bottom for me; maybe she wouldn't have flipped then. I don't know if she would've still or not, but looking back, that was a huge mistake. I just hope whatever happens within the next few hours works.

Okay so have you told Tina about the idol? Is this is still the plan? :)

Not yet. This is an eternal conflict deep inside my soul about whether I should tell her or not. It'd help if she replied to my PMs. If not, then I'll just play the idol tonight either way and pray that I don't end up idoling out my only ally (Carter) by accident.

Can they read this thread???? Hello pre-merge contestants, life is so hard in post-merge, please bring me food, etc etc

Pros of telling Tina:

- She'll be more inclined to trust us, and she'll know that we intend to bring her all the way. The whole reason why she flipped in the first place was because she felt like she was at the bottom, so this could easily help us in that respect.

- It would help us infinitely more with tonight's vote, assuming the first point happens.

- It would ensure that she's much more likely to vote with us in the next vote.

Cons of telling Tina:

- She could tell them, duh. And then Carter would probably go by idol.

So your biggest concern is weighing up whether telling Tina is worth the risk that she would move votes onto Carter?

How important is Carter to your chances at winning this game? :)

To be honest, I know that for both Carter and myself, sticking with each other is probably hurting our game. I don't think Carter is going to flip, and I won't be mad if he does, since I told him earlier he should. But there's no way I'm flipping on him. It's not so much as a winning chance thing as much as a 'we've been together this whole time' and I don't really want to go to the end if he doesn't at least get close to making it. That's why I'm trying to do my best that, if I at least get voted off, he'll still have a chance somehow. Although, if we can get past this vote, obviously having Carter and evening out the numbers (assuming Kimmi or someone from the other alliance goes home) won't hurt.

I think I'm just a giant sap who likes her friends a lot.

But yes, essentially, that's the only worry about telling Tina. But when our other options are working with Chris, Debb, or Kimmi, all of who have made it clear (or at least seemingly made it clear) that they're not going to work with us, Tina (and Jeff, who hasn't been here a lot today) are our best bet(s).
