So Debb and I decided last minute we didn't want Tina to go and voted Stacey.
Couldn't trust Stacey and didn't really want to bother working with her.
I can work with Tina much more easily than I can Stacey so Stacey had to go. And I wanted her out first.
The rigidness of the vote only solidified my willingness to flip. Gotta be more open to the concerns of others instead of just brushing them off, and expecting them to follow through with YOUR plan.
