Can someone explain Stacey's lisp thing or general retardedness to me? I don't understand what that means. Is that how Survivor Stacey spoke?

Stacey bragging about her challenge performance repeatedly when it took her ten fucking minutes just to post the images and the other teams were more than half done with the puzzles by then. alol.

I can't decide whether I love her or hate her. I think I'm leaning towards hate at the moment.
