You survived the first boot of the merge! Stacey has joined the jury - who will be next?

What did you think of that tribal council? Did everything go as you expected?

Well, I didn't know what to expect, so no it didn't go as expected. But it did go as hoped. Seriously, things were so up in the air AGAIN for the vote when we should have been more together. There was some straggling on our part in making sure we had the votes and it almost bit us in the ass. I actually gave consideration to voting with Rai just because I didn't think we'd be able to pull it off.

Now things are going to get interesting. I think I'm at a bit of a crossroads. I want to vote out another Rai to make sure we stay in control and everything, but doing that could burn what little bridges are left with them. And then next round it could be one of us going. Which, as long as it's not me I guess would be ok, but it leaves me with less options. I know eventually I'll have to vote out a Kirati. And I'm not exactly looking forward to that because they've trusted me and I don't think I'd ever be able to regain that trust if I break it, but it'll have to be done. They're very close knit and it'll be a problem later. I think I could maybe even infiltrate them and get some of them to keep me over others, but I'd rather not just assume that and I'd also rather not just sit idle and have all my moves made for me. I'm going to have to take action soon. Maybe not this round, but hopefully the next.

I told Hayden that the vote is for Ramona tonight. HOPEFULLY he doesn't play an idol, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. I don't think he'd idol me out. I hope he doesn't idol Jeff out. That is a much more real possibility. The only reason I told him at all is to get him to trust me a little. I want him to think there's a chance of working with me, although I haven't outright said that. I'm thinking that after this vote, and I've discussed this with Jeff, it's time to take out a Kirati. We think that after this round if we take out another Rai, it'll be too late to do anything because whichever Rai is left won't trust us. So after this we go to Hayden and Rich with a sob story of sorts about not trusting the Kirati and them being close knit and how would they like to vote with us to take out Angie or Carter. It's risky and it burns bridges, but I think it's necessary because it'll probably happen to us eventually if we let it. I'm not just going to assume that the Kirati will work with all of us forever. They might be willing to work with me to the end, some of them anyway, but I'm not going to let them drag me there. It's time for Kimmi to spread her wings and fly.

Oh, and sorry I keep missing the challenges. I hate that it's happened twice now. Not that I necessarily think I'd win, I just hate missing out on such an important aspect of the game.
